CARAT PERFORMS RECORD YEAR AT THE MEDIA AWARDS, TAKES HOME 10 PRIZES
On Wednesday, May 3, the 16th edition of the Prix Média (Media Awards) was celebrated in Montréal
Carat capped a record year last night at the Media Awards, celebrated at the Palais des Congrès de Montréal. The agency took home a total of ten awards, including three Grand Prizes, notably standing out in the best use of mobile category.
“We are excited and proud about this new milestone. It truly reflects the caliber of clients we have the opportunity to partner with,” mentioned Dominique Verdon, VP and co-managing director, Carat. “They are constantly pushing the limits of what is possible to achieve through media to land successful business outcomes.”
“This recognition is a testament to the great work that comes from having outstanding teams and clients,” added Michèle Savard, SVP, co-managing director, Carat. “Together it is possible to create engaging experiences for consumers while reinventing the business value of media.”
The Heart and Stroke Foundation campaign created by Carat, which won a Grand Prize in the best social campaign category, was also recognized in the inaugural edition of the Media Partner Excellence Award, handed to Quebecor.
Verdon and Gregory Bouzonville, media planner at Carat and last year’s winner of the Rising Media Star of the Year Award, were judges at this year’s awards.
